Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we gladly accept returns within 10 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns:

  1. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  2. Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Certain items such as perishable goods, personalized items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

Refunds:

  1. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
  2. Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed after we receive your returned item(s).
  3. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges:

  2. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, we will issue a refund or store credit.
